Include your device model, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version, HireMate app version, what you were doing, what happened, and screenshots or copied error text when useful.

For job-offer import issues, include whether you pasted text or used a URL. Avoid sending sensitive CV or recruiter data unless needed.

Useful troubleshooting details

Tell us whether Apple Intelligence is enabled, whether the local model reports unavailable, whether the issue happens with pasted text and URLs, and whether the PDF contains selectable text.

FAQ

HireMate has no account login. The app stores data locally with SwiftData. Foundation Models are used for local AI features when available. URL import downloads the referenced job posting page.

Deleting data

Use the app's delete actions for individual applications and unlinked job offers. Removing the app from your device removes the app container data from that device. See Delete Your Data for details.
