These terms cover the current app and do not describe accounts, paid subscriptions, or paid features that are not present.
Purpose of the app
HireMate is an organizational and preparation tool for job seekers. It helps structure job-search information but does not replace your judgment.
AI output may be wrong
HireMate uses Apple's Foundation Models framework for structured extraction and career assistance when available. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
Match Score and Estimated Interview Probability are estimates, not predictions or guarantees.
You must verify extracted company names, titles, salary ranges, requirements, recruiter messages, match scores, recommendations, follow-up drafts, and interview preparation before relying on them.
No employment guarantee
HireMate does not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, or recruiter responses.
Responsible use
Use job-offer content, CV content, and recruiter messages only when you have the right to process them.
Do not use HireMate to misrepresent your experience, submit false applications, or violate third-party rights.
Accounts, payments, and subscriptions
HireMate currently does not include user accounts, login, paid subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Intellectual property
HireMate, its branding, and app experience belong to their owner. Job postings and third-party content remain owned by their respective owners.
Availability
Features can depend on device capability, OS version, Apple Intelligence availability, local model readiness, and job website accessibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HireMate is provided without warranties and is not liable for job-search decisions, data you choose to enter, AI mistakes, or unavailable third-party job pages.
